Mr. and Mrs. Joey Wicker of Florence are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Josie Michelle Wicker, to Charles Ellison Ballance III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Ballance II, of Florence and the late Sarah Ellis. Josie is a 2007 graduate of Florence High School and a 2009 graduate of Holmes Community College with an associate degree in paralegal.
